At 4 X 4 X 4, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new size within 5-7 business days.
